Posegram grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or resell the app or its content without our prior written permission.

All content, design, graphics, logos, and code in Posegram are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. The Posegram name and logo are trademarks of Posegram and may not be used without permission.
4. User content
Any photos or content you create using Posegram belong to you. By using the app, you grant us no ownership over your personal content. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of poses and photos complies with the rights of others.
5. Advertising
Posegram is free to use and supported by advertising. By using the app, you agree that we may display third-party advertisements. Ad providers may use device identifiers and other data to show and measure ads in accordance with their own privacy policies.
6. Disclaimers
Posegram is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every specific purpose. Use the pose references at your own discretion and in safe locations.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Posegram and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Posegram operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
